Due to recent spikes in COVID-19,
we are going to reschedule the True Girl events.
We were of the hope that these events would help us emerge from the COVID era and allow our Mothers and Tween Daughters to come together for a fun night of bonding. Although we do not operate from a position of fear, we do want to be wise. Thank you again for your love and support of HIS Radio and True Girl! We will get through this together!

TICKETS
Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm Central time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at First Baptist Church Indian Trail phone 704-882-1005. All other ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Age 3 and older. This event is for girls, ages 7-12, and their moms so we do not recommend anyone younger than 7 years old to attend.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What is the difference between "VIP Meet & Greet" ticket & "VIP Behind the Scenes Tour" ticket?
A. VIP Meet and Greet ticket includes: Early entry at approx. 4:45 pm; Meet & greet; First come, first serve seating in VIP section closest to stage. The VIP Behind the Scenes Tour ticket includes all of this PLUS a behind the scenes tour and a tour of the True Girl Bus.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 6 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. For General Admission and Group General Admission: approximately at 5:45 pm, event start time at 6:30 pm. Door times may vary. For VIP Meet & Greet ticket holders and VIP Behind the Scenes Bus Tour ticket holders, doors will open at approximately 4:45 pm.
Q. What time do HIS Radio MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:40 pm, a few minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 5:45 pm (show time at 6:30 pm). Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. Please proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. For VIP ticket holders please arrive by 4:30 pm; for General Admission or Group ticket holders, please arrive by 5:30 pm. When you arrive, please check in with our staff at the Box Office/Will Call table and they will assist you from there.

A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
