What time will the doors open?
Doors open for General Admission Ticket Holders at 6:10pm / Gold Circle at 5:50pm / VIP at 5:30pm
 
Which artists will be performing?
The Acoustic Christmas Tour includes Sanctus Real, Sidewalk Prophets and Dara Maclean.  Note: artists are subject to change and no refunds or exchanges are offered at any time.
 
Can I pay cash or check for my ticket?
You can purchase tickets with cash at the door on the day of the concert, but keep in mind you will run the risk of the event selling out prior to the day of show.  Checks are not accepted for ticket payment.
 
What is Gold Circle and VIP?
These are terms for a designated priority seating area in a General Admission event. These sections are closer to the stage and are limited in quantity.

VIP package includes exclusive artist Meet & Greet, early entry, Gold Circle seating, limited edition tour lanyard, and a date-specific tour poster.
 
How is General Admission different from Reserved Seating?
General Admission seating does not guarantee you an exact seat, but rather just admission to your event. You will need to select your seating upon arrival, meaning that it is best to arrive early for best seat selection.  This event offers General Admission, Gold Circle and VIP tickets for each show.  Each of these ticket levels provide first-come-first-serve seating so make sure to arrive early for prime seating.
 
Why are events only General Admission?
Some venues holding events are not equipped for reserved seating, which requires numbering seats and careful planning.  General Admission also provides each person with a chance to sit as close as possible to the stage.

Are tickets required for Children?
Children under the age of two (2), not occupying a seat (sitting on adults lap), will be admitted free of charge.
 
Is your site a secure site?
Yes.  AttendStar uses McAfee Secure, TRUSTe, and thawte to ensure 100% secure transactions.
 
What does Will Call mean?
Will Call is an alternative to mailing tickets. It simply means that you will pick up your tickets an hour or so before the event at the location (venue) where the event will be held. Most Box Offices have one or more Will Call windows and will have your tickets waiting. You will need to show your ID to prevent your tickets from being mistakenly picked up by someone else. 
 
What is the Venue where I pick up tickets?
The venue is the theater, church or building where an event is held. Most Will Call windows are clearly marked near the front entrance. 
 
Why are tickets not refundable?
Event promoters rely on pre-sales to determine pay for the concert or event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the events would not make it to your city.
 
Is parking free?
Yes.  All venues provide free parking in their specified lots.  In some instances, free parking may reach capacity and you may need to find other parking solutions at your own cost.
 
Why are fees added onto the price of the ticket?
For this event, the convenience fee is $1.99 per ticket.  The base price of the ticket covers only the cost of admittance to the event. It does not include:
- Ticket distribution
- Processing your ticket order
- Tracking and inventory control, assuring your ticket will be valid and not oversold
- Box Office services
- Will Call delivery
- Call Center personnel and customer service on your order
- A secure web site, credit card processing, merchant fees
- venue applied fees
 
Ticket fees bring your ticket to you and cover these costs. 
 
Can I pick up my tickets at the AttendStar office?
No. Our offices are not open to the public. This would require completely different staffing and facilities and would cause a rise in our costs and fees. 
 
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Tickets are only available online and by calling our ticket office.  Tickets are not available at venues except the day of the event, one hour prior to show time.
 
Are discount tickets available?
The only discount offered at this time is for Groups of 15+.  To purchase group tickets, please select this feature when checking out
