Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission and Gold Circle tickets ONLY at KWFC Office (phone 417-869-0891), Remingtons (phone 417-889-6628), and Christian Publishers Outlet (phone 417-891-2200). These ticket outlets are only selling General Admission and Gold Circle tickets. All other ticket levels including group tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Ages 3 and older need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a $5 discount off with a KWFC 89er Card (more info, click here). We also offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. I see a promo code box...how do I get a promo code?
A. The promo code is for KWFC 89er Card holders. (More info, click here)
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do KWFC 89er Card doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:45pm, which is a few minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). 89er Card allows early entry up to five people. Find out more- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. Is there handicap access?
A. Yes, you may call the venue at 417-889-6628 for details.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?

A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
