Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-888-848-9150, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at KWFC 89.1 Business Office, phone 417-869-0981. The station is only selling general admission tickets. All other ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Age 3 and older. Childcare is not provided.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"
