Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at CPO, phone 417-877-9294. Artist Circle tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. Ticket outlets may or may not have a service charge.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive by 5:45pm and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
