TICKETS
Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You may purchase tickets at First Baptist Church, phone 417-866-7202.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First-come, first-served seats. All seats in entire venue are General Admission (first-come, first-served). It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, KWFC (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know your event ticket purchase supports the ministries of KWFC and the artists.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Send tickets to your phone as a text by calling (615) 560-8338

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com".
DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approx. at 6:00pm, with event start time at approx. 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm with event start time at approx. 7pm. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become a KWFC MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public - CLICK HERE
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You may proceed in purchasing your General Admission tickets. At the concert, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door time on the ticket, and look for the ADA door signs -or- check-in with our staff at the Box Office table. Someone will assist you from there. Please note: ADA doors open after KWFC MMMP supporter doors.
Q. I need a sign language interpreter. What should I do?
A. Requests for a sign language interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible, but no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event, and are subject to availability of an interpreter. An interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First-come, first-served seats. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
Third Party Ticket Resellers - Please Note:
The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy directly through KWFC and Attendstar, or get them at the box onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. KWFC's ticketing company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, KWFC (RTN) cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given.
Can someone
transfer fake tickets? Reseller tickets are
not approved and can be fake, even if they look
like they came from KWFC. The best way to protect yourself
is to purchase your tickets directly through KWFC at kwfc.org and then click on Box Office, leading to Attendstar Ticketing. You will never get a
fraudulent ticket this way. We want you
to have a great experience at a KWFC Concert. Please help us achieve that
by purchasing your tickets directly from our websites!
