THE AIR SHOW VIP EXPERIENCE™

VIP FLIGHT LINE CLUB™

Flight Line Club

Sit back away from the crowds and enjoy the Air Show from the comfort of your own table for the day. The VIP Flight Line Club™ area offers extraordinary views of the show with seating for 4 per table. 

This VIP area offers "in and out" privileges throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors.

Dedicated premium porta-lets are available for the convenience of our guests. Unlimited refreshments will be provided throughout the day, as well as a catered lunch.

INCLUDES:

  1. Assigned Seating
  2. In-and-out access from the Flight Line Club™ area throughout the day
  3. Reserved tables of 4, seating in a spacious, exclusive viewing area
  4. Catered, buffet-style lunch
  5. Unlimited water and soft drinks
  6. Private "Premium" restroom facilities

Children ages 3 & under are admitted free.

Please note, tables are not under shade for maximum viewing of the air show. A shaded tent area will be located within the enclosed Flight Line Club™ for temporary relief from the sun.

PREMIUM BOX SEATS™

Premium Box Seats

Leave your chairs at home and arrive at the show site with reserved seats waiting for you!  Premium Box Seats™ are located directly on the flight line, providing an outstanding way to view the air show. 

This area offers "in and out" privileges throughout the day for guests to enjoy the static displays, concessions, souvenir booths, and exhibitors. Take ease knowing that your selected seats are waiting when you're ready to sit and watch the show.

Seating is not under shade for maximum viewing of the air show. However, there will be shade tents for temporary relief from the sun, available in the back of the seating area, first come first served.

Concessions are available for purchase at dedicated booths located within the enclosed Box Seating area. 

Premium Box Seats™ also offer dedicated porta-lets for the convenience of our guests. Rows of 8 are available for purchase.

INCLUDES:

  1. Exclusive viewing area
  2. In-and-out privileges from the box seat area
  3. Dedicated concessions and restroom facilities
  4. Access to shade tents

Children ages 3 & under are admitted free.

Please note, strollers and wagons are not permitted within the seating aisles. Stroller parking will be available within the enclosed area of the Premium Box Seats™.

We suggest arriving early before to avoid potential traffic. General admission to the show is free, a ticket is not required for admission. A parking pass is required for parking your vehicle to the air show.

Seating is not provided for free general admission. We encourage general admission guests to bring portable chairs or blankets to sit and view the air show.

Seating options are available, but not required to attend the air show. Upgraded VIP Experience options are available for purchase. On-base parking is included with your Premium Box Seat™ or Flight Line Club™ purchase. 1 on-base parking pass per order.


This is a cashless event. Please be sure to bring a credit card for payment at the vendor booths.


All guests will be screened prior to entering the event. Please ensure you have appropriate REAL ID with you at all times, and do not bring any prohibited items. Prohibited items will need to be returned to your vehicle or confiscated at the gate prior to installation access. 


ALL INDIVIDUALS 18 YEARS AND OLDER ENTERING THE FLIGHT LINE AREA THROUGH THE ADMISSION GATES MUST PRODUCE VALID IDENTIFICATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.


ACCEPTED FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION:

For U.S. Citizens -

- State issued Real ID Driver's License

- U.S. Passport Card

- U.S. Passport

- U.S. State Department Driver's License

- Military Dependent ID Card

- Veteran ID Card

- Military Retiree ID Card

- Common Access Card (CAC)


For Foreign Nationals -

- Passports are the only ID accepted for non-US citizens. Please allow additional time for screening.


*** PROHIBITED ITEMS ***



 - Weapons of any kind including pocket knives, pocket tools, scissors, box cutters, billy clubs, large heavy chain link jewelry or belts, mace and pepper spray.

- Firearms of any type.

- Toys that resemble firearms, and laser pointers.

- RC Aircraft and drones.

- Flammable items and fireworks, including lighters.

- Pets (except for certified service animals)

- Spray paint and silly string.

- Outside food, coolers, grills, and glass containers.

- Glass bottles

- Liquid without factory seal intact (baby bottles exempt)

- Walkie talkies, HAM radios, and scanners

- Alcohol and illegal drugs including marijuana and/or CBD oil. Possession and use of marijuana is illegal on Luke Air Force Base or any federal installation.

- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, "heelies," roller skates and roller blades

- Excessively large items and bags (the only exemption are diaper bags, clear bags 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches, small purses no larger than 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches, and small camera bags at or below 21 inches long, 10 inches wide, 10 inches deep).


- Large portable sun protection, tents, canopies of any kind.


- Walking sticks (not to include medical canes or walkers).


- Cooking equipment to include grills.


- Coolers


- Camelbacks


- Balloons


- Military uniforms worn by non-military members.


- Umbrellas in seating areas. Small umbrellas are allowed in pedestrian walking areas. Please avoid using umbrellas in reserved or VIP seating areas, as this will obstruct the view for spectators.


*** PERMITTED ITEMS ***



- Be prepared to show photo identification.


- Non-U.S. Citizens - official passport required (no photos will be accepted)


- Suncreen/Sunglasses/Hats.


- Plastic beverage bottles with factory seal intact (baby bottles exempt).

- Clear reusable water bottle (empty for security line, free water stations are available inside).


- Hearing protection (especially for children).


- Folding stadium/camping chairs (collapsible camping chairs are acceptable, but subject to search).


- Wagon or lightweight stroller for tired children (subject to search)


- Small/regular sized umbrella


*** BAG POLICY ***


- Clear bags must be 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches.


- Small purses must be no larger than 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches.


- Small camera bags must be at or below 21 inches long, 10 inches wide, 10 inches deep.


- Diaper bags are permitted.
