Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at the HIS Radio studios (phone 919-256-9787) and the venue, The Worship Center (phone 919-957-7775). Both locations are only selling general admission tickets. All other ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone.
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do the MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors (approx. an hour before show time). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE
Q. What is parking like?
A. Parking available at The Worship Center parking lots, in addition to business and retail lots within a block or two down the street. Be watching for parking attendants to direct you.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Age 3 and older.
Q. Is there handicap access?
A. Yes, you may call the venue at 919-957-7775 for details.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
