The Memphis Air Show

May 13th and 14th 2017
Featuring the US Navy Blue Angels

The Memphis Air Show is back, presented by the Air Show Network! Featuring the world famous U.S. Navy Blue Angels, with more acts to be announced! Come experience the excitement and the exhilaration of The Memphis Air Show!


Avoid the large crowds and guarantee yourself a great seat close to the flight line and enjoy a great show.

The Premium Box Seats are assigned seats facing the show! These are chairs with backs - not bleacher seating. Children 3 and under are free and lap only. If you wish to have a seat for your 3 year old and under, a ticket needs to be purchased. No umbrellas are allowed in this area.




The Flight Line Club enjoy all the action of the air show in the comfort of luxury seating on the Flight Line. Children 3 years old and under are free.  The Flight Line Club is a catered shaded chalet.  We offer a catered lunch, a shaded area with tables and chairs where people can get away from the sun and also open areas without shade, it is set at the flight line and it is not assigned seating.

Book a B-17 RIDE!

-Book a ride on the B-17 at any time by calling Jane, at 936-499-8147. Booking and details can also be found at b17texasraiders.org. Prices range from $475 to $850.

How do I get my tickets when buying online?

-When your purchase tickets online, you need to have an email address ready. Tickets bought online are sent to an email address where you print out your tickets instantly! Be sure you have a working printer handy, or a friend that will let you use theirs. There is not a Will Call at the show.

When do gates open?

-Gates open at 8AM. Static displays, kids zone, and exhibits will open at 8AM. The parachute jump with the American flag and National Anthem will be at approximately 11:30AM. Performers will start immediately after that and continue until about 4:30PM. We suggest arriving in plenty of time before the performances are scheduled to begin.

Is the show the same both Saturday and Sunday?

-Generally, yes, the show is the same. However, there may be some variations depending on special aircraft, which may only make a one-day fly-by appearance.

Schedule of performers?

-The show does not release times for specific performers. Performance times can change without notice. Aircraft appearing are subject to change due to many reasons beyond our control, to include but not limited to, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children free?

-Children prices are for ages 4-12. Three (3) and under are admitted free!

Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?

-No, the only ticket discounts that we offer are the advance purchase discounts available online until the day of the show.

Are there any group discounts?

-Group discounts are available for groups of 40 or more. For group sales, please call 800-553-6637 ext. 111.

Can I upgrade my General Admission tickets to Premium Box or Flight Line Club once I get there?

-Yes, if space is available in that area. You may pay the difference in your ticket price, at the show, to upgrade to the reserved seating area at.

How much is parking?

-General parking is included in your ticket price. VIP and RV Parking is available for purchase. All lots can be accessed from Navy Blvd. VIP and RV Parking Passes do NOT include admission to the air show, only the VIP or RV lots.

Is there handicapped parking?

-Yes. You must have a handicapped plate or tag in the car to ensure that the parking attendants can direct you to the area you should park in. Parking is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early to ensure a parking spot. Arrangements to drop off/pick up at the gate or close to the food areas cannot be accommodated. Unfortunately, we do not have shuttle service to/from the show due to foot traffic and aircraft proximity.

Can I bring a scooter/wheelchair/golf cart?

-Motorized scooters and wheelchairs for disabled patrons are allowed in the air show grounds. Personal golf carts are not allowed. Please be aware that crowds may be heavy, maneuvering may be difficult, and that there is no place at the show to plug in and recharge.

Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

-Yes! There is no seating included with your General Admission ticket and guests are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. However, no tents, sun umbrellas, or canopies allowed.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

-Outside food and drinks are not allowed. There will be plenty of food vendors available on the show grounds.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon for my kids?

-Yes, strollers or small wagons are allowed. Please limit any diaper bags to the smallest you can manage. Security personnel at the gates will search all items and have final say on what is allowed in.

What items are NOT allowed?

The following items are NOT allowed:

Backpacks
Coolers
Alcohol
Cans
Glass containers
Pets
Weapons
Narcotics and paraphernalia
Roller blades or skates
Skateboards

What if it rains?

-UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, REGARDLESS OF WEATHER.

Are pets allowed?

-Pets are not allowed onto the air show area and should not be left in vehicles. Because of the festival setting with food and drink vendors, the Health Department prohibits animals, other than legally allowed guide and assistance animals. Please also understand that temperatures on the tarmac are can easily reach in excess of 100 degrees and will burn a pet's feet. Plus, the loud noises and explosions can injure their sensitive hearing and/or frighten the animals.

Will there be ATMs?

-Yes, there will be ATMs available.

Will there be shade?

-The air show is held under an open sky. You are encouraged to bring hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen lotion. No tents or canopies are allowed.

Can I go out to my car and re-enter the show?

-Re-entry will not be allowed once you have left the gates.

Can we watch the show from our car in the parking lot?

-No. Even if you have purchased tickets, you must leave your vehicle (including RVs) and view the show from inside the air show grounds. This is a rule common to all airports, major air shows, and events in the US.

Can I fly in?

-You may fly in by 10:00AM either Saturday or Sunday. You will be directed to park at the FBOs on the western side of the field. You may pre-purchase your tickets online or buy at the FBO (they will cost more the day of the show). The FBOs will take care of your plane and transport you to the eastern side of the field for the air show. They will pick you up when it
