Q. What time do doors open?
A. One hour prior to the show

Q. What is parking like?
A. Some street parking. Please park at 57 North Street

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Limited. We have a ramp, but our building is from the 1890's and has lots of stairs. Call and we'll be happy to talk it through with you.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Concert-style seating

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Anyone can sit anywhere. First come, first-served.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No, all sales are final

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No flash photography, no food or drink in the concert space

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. College students with valid student ID's get half off at the door
