Refund requests received by Aug. 15th will be honored.  After Aug 15th, 2012 - no refunds available. (Transfers) Any person unable to attend or use their existing registration may contact lori@cmbonline.org to request a possible registration transfer to someone else within their organization only.  If the registrant wishes to 'sell' their registration to someone all information must be transferred and made known to lori@cmbonline no later than Aug 15th, 2012.

Q. Where do I book my hotel and can I book it now?
A. YES.  There is a site ready for reserving your hotel stay.  The rate is $155 a night.

Q. What time do doors open?  When will I be able to register?
A. Momentum 2012 Registration will begin Wed. Sep 5th, 1PM in the Asbury Rotunda at the Yacht and Beach Club Resort Convention Center.  The CMB Town Hall meeting will start things off at 4:30PM followed by the CMB NETWORKING DINNER at 5:30PM.  The registration desk will be open each morning prior to the first event of the day and will be open all day everyday of the conference.

Q. When will we get our Friday Night of Joy tickets?
A. Friday Night of Joy tickets will be distributed after the last event Friday.  Buses will be transporting attendees to and from NOJ.  Famiily members are welcome to ride these buses over to NOJ as well.

Q. Will we get fast passes for Friday Night?
A. YES.  For the first 500 registrants you will receive one fast pass for each registration purchased.  

Q. Can I purchase additional fast passes?
A. No

Q. Where is a schedule of events?
A. A full schedule will be released closer to the event, with highlights and speakers being promoted prior to the event via cmbonline.org and facebook / twitter updates.

Q. What is parking like? TRAVEL from the airport?
A. The best way to arrive at the hotel is by booking the Disney Magical Express to the resort.  You are within walking distance from the hotels to the convention center and you can take the Disney buses anywhere you will need to go within the parks.
A. Attendees may book Disney’s Magical Express reservations by visiting www.disneyconventionears.com or by calling (407) 827-6777 with their flight information AFTER their hotel reservation has been entered into the Disney system and they have received the Resort Confirmation email. 

Q. Does my wife or child need a ticket?  Can they eat with me at the meals if they aren't registered?
A. We do have a conference spouse rate for Momentum 2012.  If you have a spouse or child that only plans to attend one meal / showcase, you will need to purchase a meal pass $40.00 for each specific meal ahead of time.  These are subject to attendance numbers and availability.  You will need to purchase these through Lori Cline, CMB Member Services Manager.  lori@cmbonline.org
A. Disney parks are free to children 2 and under.  2 and older will require a park ticket including NOJ.

Q. NOJ - can my family ride the bus with me over to Night of Joy?
A. Yes

Q. What if I miss the bus over to Night of Joy?
A. There is Disney transportation every 15 minutes in front of each hotel available for you

Q. Can I purchase additional Night of Joy tickets?  
A. Yes.  you can purchase them through the hotel concierge desk (based on availability)

Q. Can I purchase park tickets through CMB?
A. No.  

Q. Will we be able to get liners from artists?
A. No

Q. Will sessions be recorded?
A. This is not confirmed at this point.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Both hotels and convention center are handicap accessible.  There are also motorized chairs available for rent.  Just check with the hotel front desk.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. The main ballroom is seated and set up with round table seating.  

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Refund requests received by Aug. 15th will be honored.  After Aug 15th, 2012 - no refunds available.
