Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What time do doors open?
A. 6pm
Q. Does my 2 year old child need to register?
A. Children 2 and under can get in free as long as you agree that they will sit in your lap for the entire concert. If they will need a seat then they will need a ticket purchased for them.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. There is handicap seating down front. Please ask a security/usher volunteer for help in finding them.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. It is all seating.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Seats are chosen on a first come first serve basis. Arrive early for best choice of seats.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No food or drinks will be allowed in the audiotorium.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Advance tickets are offered at a discount of $23 for indivdiual tickets and advance groups of 10 or more are offered at $20. All Tickets at the door no matter the number, will be $25 a piece.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Street Parking is avaliable, parking is also avaliable on campus, and in a small parking lot across the street from the venue.

A. There is a $.99 fee for all online tickets and credit card tickets sold. The fees result from a $1 fee for for the online ticket agency and a $1 fee to help cover the credit card processing fee and concert costs.
