When is the One Night With The King Conference? The conference is scheduled for November 12th - 15th.
Where will the conference be held? The Embassy Suites Savannah Airport Hotel in historic Savannah, Georgia.
Are any special hotel rates available? We have secured a room block at the Embassy Suites Savannah Airport at the rate of $139 + 13% room tax per night. The room block discount will end on October 12th so register early.
What is the cost of the One Night With The King Weekend Conference?
The registration fee for the Jewel is $50 per person. All fees are non-refundable and include entrance to all day and evening sessions.
What is the attire for the retreat? The dress code for the conference is business casual. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear shoes that allow for extended standing or walking. This is a weekend dedicated to you, so dress to feel your best!.
Are children allowed to attend the conference? This is a time of refreshing and renewing and we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the event. There will be no provision for childcare during the conference.
Is early event registration available? Yes. Conference participants are encouraged to arrive a day early to take a day for themselves to renew their mind, body and spirit. Pre-Registration for the conference opens Thursday, November 12th at 4 p.m. We are encouraging everyone to come in a day early and enjoy the awesome amenities of the of the Embassy Suites. You deserve it! This weekend is all about you.
What time should I arrive on the first day of the conference? Welcome remarks and the opening session will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Friday, November 13th. Conference participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the opening session.
