If you do not receive a written acknowledgement, from MSC Cruises, it means your notice of cancellation was not received. The following rules of cancellation rules apply; 95-65 days prior, 65-48 days prior 50% plus initial deposit . 47-20 days prior 75%, 20 days - departure 100% penalty.
Name changes must be made 120-20 days prior to sailing fee $50.00
$100 made less than $20.00 prior
Deposits are non refundable ($250)
