Event Description

***The VIP Upgrade DOES NOT include a ticket to the show!  You must purchase a ticket to the show separately from the venue.  Please make sure to check with the venue for any possible age restrictions before purchasing a VIP ticket.

The VIP Upgrade includes an intimate meet & greet on Red's tour bus and a signed poster. They will play an acoustic song, sign items, and take pictures with you. There is a very limited number available so purchase quickly! 

The VIP experience will take place prior to showtime, after doors open. If you are a VIP upgrade ticket holder, you will receive an email from RED's team by the morning of the event informing you where and when at the venue you will need to meet.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Please check the venue's website for exact times. 

Q. What is parking like?
A. Please check the venue's website for exact times. 

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The bus itself is not handicap accessible. Please check with the venue about it's accessibility. 

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. All shows are generally standing room only. Check with your specific venue for more details. 

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. It means that there are no reserved seats. You are free to stand or sit wherever you like, on a first-come first-served basis. 

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Unfortunately, we can not refund VIP tickets if you miss the event. Please email the Red Admin if you need to change the name of the patron. 

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No food or drinks are allowed on the bus. Also, anything that would not be allowed through an airport security scanner. 

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. No.
