Q. What time do doors open?
A. Registration begins at 7:30 each morning and the AlignHR Conference begins promptly at 8:15am.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Ample free parking is available at the Holiday Inn & Suites parking lot.
Q. Are there hotel accommodations on-site?
A. If you would like to stay 1 or 2 nights, reservations are available at the venue, Holiday Inn & Suites, South Charleston.
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. Our venue is handicap accessible.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Each attendee will have a seat in the grand ballroom with their ticket registration.
Q. Is HRCI credit available for any of the courses?
A. Yes, many of the sessions at the AlignHR Conference are eligible for HRCI credit. Please see a member of our team for more information.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges are available.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Laptop computers are allowed, as well as "silenced" cell phones.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We are offering a discount for any past attendees of the Annual AlignHR Conference. There is also an Early Bird Ticket available only until March 31st! Please see the ticket purchasing site for more details!
