What should I bring with me?

- Your Tickets!

- If you are 21 or older and plan on purchasing alcohol you MUST present your valid ID.

- Folding chairs and blankets are highly encouraged. There will be some tables / chairs under tents for seating. No pop-up tents allowed. Our grove is well shaded with trees.

What should I leave at home?

- No outside coolers, food or beverages will be allowed. No pets allowed.

How does admission work?

- Your ticket allows you entrance to the Festival.  All food and beverage purchases are additional and at the expense of the guest.  General and VIP ticket holders can enjoy the free music, kid/family games, browse our many vendors and enjoy the afternoon in our pleasant grove.

How do the 2-different styles of tickets work?

- VIP Ticket holders get premier parking close to the event, two food tokens valued at $5 each, two beverage tokens (can be used for beer and/or wine) and admittance to the VIP Lounge which is an indoor eating facility with private bathrooms.  Sorry, no children are allowed in the VIP Lounge.

- General Admission ticket holders have access to all offered on grounds except the VIP Lounge.

- All tickets include FREE children activities 

- Music all day!

- Children 12 and under are FREE with ticket purchase.

- Children 12 and under are FREE and can enter with any purchased ticket holder. Youth 13 - 20 and older must purchase a General Admission ticket.  Those 21 and older can purchase a VIP ticket.

How long will the RVA Street Eats Festival last?

- The event opens at 12:00 Noon and ends at 6:00 pm. No food, beer or other beverages will be available after this time. We ask attendees to be off property by 6:30 PM.

Where should I park?

- All will enter site from the main entrance off Hermitage Road. You will be directed by Parking Attendants. VIP?s get up close parking to the festival!  Though we have a large parking lot and feel we can accommodate all guests we may experience an higher-than-anticipated turn out.  In such event, street parking can be found in a short walking distance from the festival.

What Food Trucks will be there?

- We will be promoting each of the food trucks on our Facebook page ? https://www.facebook.com/events/397930201001429/.  Bikini Panini, Happy Empanada, Hungry Arrow, Lowco Eatery, Mr. Softee and Go Go Vegan Go are the featured food trucks for RVA Street Eats 2019.

What alcohol will be available?

- We will have 4 VA craft beers available. As soon as the beers are decided they will be listed on our website and Facebook page. We will also have a domestic beer for those who are not craft beer fans.

- For Beer purchase, you will need to buy beer drink tickets. This will help for speedy beer lines. We will provide multiple ticket purchase points for quicker service.

- Remember, you must be banded with an ID bracelet to receive an alcoholic drink.  You must present your ID to obtain the band!

- A large selection of wine will also be available. Drink tickets will also need to be purchased to get wine.  Remember, you must be banded with a 21 or over ID band. Bring your ID!

Will other beverages be available?

- Yes, we will be offering water and various sodas.  At this non-alcoholic distribution booth you will pay directly for your selection.

Should I bring cash for the vendors or will they accept credit cards?

- The food trucks and beverage tents will accept credit cards, but bringing cash is always a good and fast thing. Bills in denominations of $20 or less would be greatly appreciated!

Other Notes?

- The Shrine Center will have a table selling Sportsman Raffle Tickets

- Proceeds of the RVA Street Eats Festival are for the benefit of Acca Shrine Center and are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please learn more about this organization by visitin gwww.accashriners.com. Learn how they are making a difference.

- Remember, this is a rain or shine event. No refunds.
