Team Scott is excited to welcome you to our home at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. We're located off Exit 19A.

This event is FREE and open to the public. However, premium seating is also available for purchase on a first come first serve basis - premium seating is available here.

Use of the Metrolink is highly encouraged due to limited parking on base. Lots are open for parking at both the Shiloh-Scott Station and Southwestern Illinois College Station. 

For vehicles to park on base, one FREE parking pass per vehicle is required.

Travel Tip: 

For those who choose to park on base, there will be parking attendants directing attendees toward walking paths. Please note, some parking spots are approximately 1 mile away from the entrance to the airshow. THERE ARE NO SHUTTLES. 

Will there be handicapped parking?
ADA parking is available for properly marked vehicles. Please display the handicap placard and your parking pass in the front of your vehicle so parking attendants can direct you to the appropriate lot.

Why am I required to print my base pass and display it on my dashboard?
Printed passes displayed in the dash allow for rapid checking at the gates. Alternate methods, such as displaying on a mobile device, would have detrimental effects on the traffic flow.

Are there only a limited number of base passes available?
Yes. The basic concept of the base pass program revolves around limiting the traffic entering and exiting the base. When the number of base passes has reached the air base’s capacity, a “sold out” notice will be posted on this site.

What happens when the passes sell out completely?
Remember, base passes only limit the number of vehicles parking on the base, not the number of people attending. It is still possible to carpool with someone who has a pass. Attendees are highly encouraged to ride the Metrolink and park personal vehicles at either the Southwestern Illinois College Station or the Shiloh-Scott Station.

I have base access with my DoD ID Card. Why do I still need a base pass on Saturday and Sunday?
The base pass is a control mechanism for the number of vehicles entering and exiting the base. Even though you have base access, your vehicle still occupies space during ingress and egress.

Can I take the Metrolink? What about shuttle service?
Please use the Metrolink to ensure easy access to the base. The Shiloh-Scott Station and the Southwestern Illinois College Station will both provide transportation to and from the base in 15 min increments.

For those who use the Metrolink, there will be 10 shuttles providing transportation from the station to the entrance of the airshow and back to the Metrolink all day both Saturday and Sunday. Attendees may also choose to use the walking paths provided.
