Event Description
The Spirit of St. Louis Air Show and STEM Expo is back, this May 3-4, at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield.
Headlined by the US Navy Blue Angels in their Boeing F/A-18s and Fat Albert, the event will also feature various acrobatic and military displays in the air, and a huge STEM Expo, Veteran?s Village and static airplane displays on the ground.
Perfect for all ages, this event will lift your eyes to the sky, and to the possibilities, as we celebrate the past, present, and future of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in the St. Louis region.
Come kick the tires, light the fires, and feel the need for speed, May 3-4, at the 2014 Spirit of St. Louis Air Show and STEM Expo.

Schedule
The main event will take place on Saturday and Sunday (May 3-4), and will feature the STEM Expo, a Veteran's Village and a Car Show, and two incredible air shows headlined by the US Navy Blue Angels.
Can we bring coolers into the event?
No outside food or beverages. Coolers are not permitted on the air show grounds. A variety of food and drink will be available for purchase.
Can we bring lawn chairs into the event?
Yes. Lawn chairs are permitted on the air show grounds. You will be responsible for your own chair at all times.
Can we bring umbrellas or tents into the event?
No. Umbrellas and tents are not allowed onto the grounds as they would block viewing in the general viewing areas.

We will have special handicapped parking area near the entrance to the Air Show grounds. If you have a hang tag or disabled plate, you should be directed to that area automatically. If not, just ask about it. Once you're in the handicapped parking area, we will have golf carts watching for arrivals needing assistance and they will be able to take you almost anywhere on the Air Show grounds. In addition, we will have wheelchairs available on a first come first served basis. We will need some form of collateral (typically a driver's license) to loan out a wheelchair, but otherwise our services are free and available to all who need them.
