Event Description
Smithfield and Isle of Wight Tourism is pleased to announce its 2021 SPRING COUNTRY VINTAGE MARKET taking place Saturday, May 1st at the Isle of Wight County Fairgrounds. With some COVID restrictions eased, tickets will be sold online only to limit the capacity at the event. (Should limits on group sizes ease before the date of the event, adjustments will be made to the number of tickets sold).
All safety recommendations will be implemented including: Vendors will be well spaced within 10' X 20' areas. Hand sanitizer stations, port-o-potties and handwashing stations will be available. Vendors and customers will be required to wear masks. Food Trucks will be on-site.
Early Bird Session: 8 a.m. - 12 noon
$10 per person (plus $1 surcharge per ticket + .30 and 3% debit/credit card fee per transaction)
GREAT NEWS! Due to loosened restrictions by VA State Governor Northam on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, via amended Executive Order 72, we will now be selling tickets up to 30% capacity of the Fairgrounds. We will no longer be restricted to 1,000 tickets per session!

GREAT NEWS! Due to loosened restrictions by VA State Governor Northam on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, via amended Executive Order 72, we will now be selling tickets up to 30% capacity of the Fairgrounds. We will no longer be restricted to 1,000 tickets per session!
Online ticket sales ONLY. Printed tickets, or those shown on a phone will be scanned at the entrance. No cash will be taken at the event entrance.
Are you planning to bring children with you? Please note:
• Due to COVID, all attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket to keep track of capacity at the event.
• Children age 5 and under are free but they must be included in your ticket purchase for a "free" ticket that will be presented at the gate. (No processing fees will be charged)
• Children age 6 and older will pay the regular ticket price.
