Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You may purchase tickets at the door for $20 each.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First-come, first-served seats. All seats in entire venue are General Admission (first-come, first-served). It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. What is your refund policy? Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The Wind (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Send tickets to your phone as a text by calling (615) 560-8338

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com".

caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims
against Radio Training Network, Inc., KWND, White River Conference Center, National Day of Prayer, Attendstar, the event promoters, sponsors, operators, contractors,
agencies, advertisers, and/or vendors, and each of their affiliated companies,
and any of the respective present and future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates,
partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders,
agents, insurers, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the
foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax.
Event Postponement
If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will have the option to keep their ticket(s) for the new date or receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax. In the event a show is postponed, each buyer will be emailed information with the rescheduled date, and how to receive a refund if unable to attend the new date. If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, you may email ticketing@rtnmedia.com with any questions, or to request a refund for the postponed show.
