Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You may purchase tickets at the KWFC office, 2550 S Campbell Ave, Ste 100, Springfield MO 65807, phone 417-869-0891.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating. All seats in entire venue are General Admission (first come, first serve). It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, KWFC (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know your event ticket purchase supports the ministries of KWFC and the artists.

Q. What time do MMMP doors open?

Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. Please arrive by 5:45pm, and look for the ADA door signs -OR- check-in with our staff at the Box Office table. Someone will assist you from there. Please note: ADA doors open after KWFC MMMP supporter doors.
Q. I need a sign language interpreter. What should I do?
A. Requests for a sign language interpreter should be made as far in advance of the event as possible, but no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event, and are subject to availability of an interpreter. An interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.
Q. What does General Admission mean?

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
Third Party Ticket Resellers - Please Note:
The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy directly through KWFC and Attendstar, or get them at the box onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. KWFC's ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, KWFC (RTN) cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from KWFC. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through KWFC at kwfc.org and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way. We want you to have a great experience at a KWFC Concert. Please help us achieve that buy purchasing your tickets directly from our websites!
