Q. What time do doors open?
A. Doors open at 5:15PM for VIP
Ticket holders and 6:00PM for Gold Circle. Doors open at 6:15PM for General Admission and
Groups. Please note that lines may form in adverse weather conditions
prior to door times and the event is not responsible for line wait times
and weather conditions. Door times subject to change without notice.
Q. What is a VIP ticket?
A.
Only a limited number of VIP tickets are available for each show as to
keep the experience intimate. This ticket includes, early entry, first
choice of seating, tour t-shirt, tour poster, photo and Q&A with
artists. VIP ticket holders MUST arrive by 5:15PM.
Q. What is Gold Circle?
A.
This is the section of seating closest to the stage with the best
views. No matter your arrival time, seating in this section is
available. However, we suggest arriving early for the best chance at
sitting with your party. Event cannot guarantee seating together for 2
or more people. Gold Circle does not receive early entry into the event.
Only VIP and Gold Circle ticket buyers are admitted into this section.
Others who attempt to sit in this section may be asked to leave the
venue.
Q. What does "General Admission" mean?
A. This
means that no seating is reserved and that all seating is first come,
first served within each section. Arrive early for best seating options
- seating together is not guaranteed and is not the responsibility of
the event. You may NOT save seats for groups.
Q. Are children free?
A.
Children 4 and under, not occupying a seat, will be admitted free of
charge. Event reserves the right to charge customers for any seat taken
by a child.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All
sales are final and NO REFUNDS or exchanges are available. If you are
unable to attend the event, you may give your tickets to a friend or
family member but we will not refund your ticket or any portion of your
ticket. No refunds are available for those who cannot attend due to
weather-related reasons, illness, family emergencies, etc. Refunds
would only be available in the rare exception that the event is
cancelled.
Q. Is parking free?
A. Most of our shows
are held at churches and venues which offer free parking. The event
does not charge for parking but some venues may charge. Event cannot
guarantee free parking.
Q. What is involved in the GROUP RATE?
A.
Group Discount Rates are available for groups of 10 or more. There are
only a limited number of group tickets available per show and once they
are sold out no additional group tickets will be available.
Q. I can't print my ticket or I lost my email - what now?
A.
If unable to print your tickets for any reason, you can pick your
tickets up at Will Call beginning at 5pm the day of the show. Please
bring a photo ID to obtain your tickets from our Will Call list.
Q. Do you offer wheelchair accessible seating?
A. Absolutely. Please arrive by 5:45PM and see a member of our staff at the Will Call table and someone will escort the person in the wheelchair plus 1 guest to accessible seating. Sorry, only one guest can be admitted early.
