A. General Admission tickets are available at Faith Baptist Church, phone 706-884-3100.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come, first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know your event ticket purchase supports the ministry of The JOY FM and the artists.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.

A. For General Admission ticket holders, doors will open at approx. 6:20pm, with concert start time at approx. 7:00pm. Door times vary per ticket level. Please check your ticket for your door open time.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parkingQ. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door open time on your ticket, and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. Someone will assist you from there.
Q. Will there be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance?
A. There will be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance at approx. 6:00pm, which is a few minutes before doors open for the general public. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. MMMP's are monthly supporters of the station of $30 or more a month. More info: CLICK HERE.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats at any time at the venue. Ticket Buyer agrees that if seats are saved for other Ticket Buyers not currently present at the venue on day of show, those seats may and shall be given to other Ticket Buyers who have been waiting in line at the venue, by an usher at any time.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats at any time.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
