A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. Since this is a reserved-seat event there are no local tickets outlets. All ticket types must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All ticket purchases are subject to city, county, local and state taxes & service charges. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. These terms and conditions must be agreed to in order to complete the purchase.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more in the P5 section. Group tickets are extremely limited. We are unable to add on to your group order at a later time, so please have your final group together when making your group purchase.
Q. How do I receive the tickets I purchased online/by phone?
A. The tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to the email address you provide in your order. You can either print the tickets out or show them on your smartphone at the door.
A. Yes. Besides printing, you can also show your tickets on your Android or iPhone. Each ticket has a unique bar code that we will scan at the door.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"
Q. May I gift the tickets to a relative, friend or neighbor?
A. Yes. The tickets are transferable and can be gifted. Your name will be on the tickets because you placed the order, but you may give the tickets to whomever you choose.

A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking at the Ozark Civic Center.
Q. Will there be an early JOY FM MMMP entrance?
A. Since this show is a reserved seat event, there will be no early entry for JOY FM MMMP partners.
A. We have ADA designated seats throughout the venue, so you may select the ticket type and seat of your choice. If you need special assistance, please check in with the staff at the Will Call/Box Office and someone will assist you from there. We comply with all ADA laws.
