Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)

Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at Victory Church in Lakeland, phone 863-859-6000. The church is only selling general admission tickets. All other ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.

Q. What time do the MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors (approx. an hour before show time). Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

Q. What is parking like?
A. FREE parking.

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Age 3 and older.

Q. Is there handicap access?
A. Yes, you may call the church at 863-859-6000.

Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
