Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at Victory Church, phone 863-859-6000. The church is only selling general admission tickets for the same price as online and phone.
All other ticket types, including group tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All ticket purchases are subject to service charges. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. These terms and conditions must be agreed to in order to complete the purchase.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. How do I receive the tickets I purchased online/by phone?
A. The tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to the email address you provide in your order. You can either print the tickets out or show them on your smartphone at the door.
Q. May I gift the tickets to a relative, friend or neighbor?
A. Yes. The tickets can be gifted. Your name will be on the tickets because you placed the order, but you may give the tickets to whomever you choose.

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
Q. What time do JOY FM MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking.
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive by 5:45pm and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
