Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY are available at Griffin First Assembly, phone 770-228-2307. The church is only selling general admission tickets. Ticket outlets may or may not have a service charge.
All other ticket levels including group tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All online ticket purchases are subject to service charges. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What is Platinum/Early Entry?
A. A limited number of Platinum tickets are available until sold out. Platinum Tickets includes early entry into the venue approximately at 5:15pm, sound check with Mercy Me, and seats in the Platinum seating section (first come, first serve seating in Platinum section).
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
Q. What time do JOY FM MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE
Q. What time do Platinum doors open?
A. Approximately at 5:15pm.
Q. What is parking like?
A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door times of 5:15pm for Platinum ticket holders and 6:00pm for Gold Circle, General Admission, Group General Admission ticket holders and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
