Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?
A. Yes. Please call toll free 1-855-223-1008.

Q. What Is a Simulcast?
A. A Simulcast is an event or show that is broadcast live simultaneously to other locations. The Chick-Fil-A Leadercast will be hosted live in Atlanta, Georgia on May 10th, 2013 and simulcasted out to locations all over the world.

Q. What is the date of the Chick-Fil-A Leadercast Simulcast?
A. Friday May 10th from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Q. What is included in the registration price?
A.  Includes materials, a Chick-Fil-A lunch and JOY FM thank you gift.

Q. How will tickets be delivered to me?
A. Via email. They will come as a pdf and you can print them out.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the venue?
A. Tickets will be available at the door for venues that have not sold out.

Q. What time to doors open?
A. Approx. at 8:30 am which is 30 minutes before start time at 9am.

Q. What is parking like?
A.  Parking is free.

Q. What is seating like?
A. All seats are General Admission which means first come first serve.  No saving seats.

Q. Are there any reserved sections?
A. No.

Q. Is there handicap access?
A. Yes. For details you can call the venue, Generations Christian Church at 727-375-8801.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. Event is rain or shine.

Q. What items are allowed?
A. Still cameras.

Q. What items are not allowed?
A. No video equipment or outside food or drink.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer early bird specials through 3/31/13 and group rates (10 or more) through 5/09/13.
