What is Secret Keeper Girl?
Secret Keeper Girl is a Bible-based relationship-building experience for moms and their tween daughters (typically ages 7-12). The two and a half hour event features a fun fashion show that demonstrates modesty, biblical teaching on the concept of being a princess, incredible balloon sculptures, bouncing beach ball competitions, mother/daughter conversation time & colorful confetti cannons.

Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm Central time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. All ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. Age 3 and older. This event is for girls, ages 7-12, and their moms so we do not recommend anyone younger than 7 years old to attend.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What is the difference between "VIP Meet & Greet" ticket & "VIP Behind the Scenes Tour" ticket?
A. VIP Meet and Greet ticket includes: Early entry at approx. 5:00 pm; Meet & greet; First come, first serve seating in VIP section closest to stage. The VIP Behind the Scenes Tour ticket includes all of this PLUS a behind the scenes tour and a tour of the Secret Keeper Girl Bus.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 10 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. For General Admission and Group General Admission: approximately at 5:45 pm, with event start time at 6:30pm. Door times may vary. For VIP Meet & Greet ticket holders and VIP Behind the Scenes Bus Tour ticket holders, doors will open at approximately 5:00 pm.
Q. What time do JOY FM MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:40 pm, which is few minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 5:45 pm (show time at 6:30 pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. Please proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. For VIP ticket holders please arrive by 4:45 pm; for General Admission or Group ticket holders, please arrive by 5:30 pm. When you arrive, please check in with our staff at the Box Office/Will Call table and they will assist you from there.
