The True Girl Pajama Party tour is making its way through 80 cities across the nation this year.
At True Girl, we believe it is possible to raise a girl who is confident in her faith and in herself, even in this culture. While moms may feel ill-equipped to navigate their daughters through the pressures of her tween years, studies show that parent-child connectedness is one of the main risk reducers for all the pressures tweens face. That's right, moms: you are a key player in saving your daughter from all of the hurt that you fear she will face. True Girl makes this connection easy by creating opportunities for moms and daughters to discover deep Biblical truths together, so you'll grow closer to each other and closer to Jesus. Because once she knows the Truth, it will set her free.

Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm Central time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at , phone . The church is only selling general admission tickets. All other ticket levels must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. This event is for girls, ages 7-12, and their moms so we do not recommend anyone younger than 7 years old to attend. Children ages 3 & older must have a ticket; Children 0-2 years old are not required to have a ticket but must sit on the lap of another paid adult in the party.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What is the difference between "VIP Meet & Greet" ticket & "VIP Behind the Scenes Tour" ticket?
A. VIP Meet and Greet ticket includes: Early entry at approx. 4:45 pm; Meet & greet; First come, first serve seating in VIP section closest to stage. The VIP Behind the Scenes Tour ticket includes all of this PLUS an Exclusive Behind the Scenes Tour and an Exclusive Tour of the True Girl Bus.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, The JOY FM (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know that your event ticket purchase supports the ministry of The JOY FM.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. We offer a discounted rate for groups of 6 or more.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. For General Admission and Group General Admission: approximately at 5:45 pm, event start time at 6:30 pm. Door times may vary. For VIP Meet & Greet ticket holders and VIP Behind the Scenes Bus Tour ticket holders, doors will open at approximately 4:45pm.
Q. What time do JOY FM MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:40 pm, a few minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 5:45 pm (show time at 6:30 pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. Please proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. For VIP ticket holders please arrive by 4:30 pm; for General Admission or Group ticket holders, please arrive by 5:30 pm. When you arrive, please check in with our staff at the Box Office/Will Call table and they will assist you from there.
