Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)

Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. You can buy General Admission tickets ONLY at The JOY FM office (phone 334-699-5672) and Eagle Eye (phone 334-673-2878). These outlets are only selling general admission tickets. The General Admission ticket price is the same price as offered online (price includes state, county, city and local tax).

VIP tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All online ticket purchases are subject to service charges including state and local taxes. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders. 

No group tickets are available for this show due to the low General Admission price.

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket.  Childcare will not be provided at the event.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. What is "VIP /Early Entry?"
A. VIP includes: Early Entry at approx. 5pm, Q&A with We Are Messengers and Stars Go Dim, and general seating in the VIP Seating Section that is located up-front.  Q&A takes place approximately 90 minutes prior to show time of 7pm and cannot be made up if you arrive late. 

Q. I purchased the "VIP /Early Entry" - what if I arrive late?
A. If you miss the Q&A with We Are Messengers and Stars Go Dim, we are not able to create another time for this opportunity and we will not issue discounts or partial refunds. The "VIP /Early Entry" doors open at approx. 5pm. Please arrive in plenty of time.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Not at this time.  No group tickets are available for this show due to the low General Admission price.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.

Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders.  The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

DOORS, PARKING & SEATING

Q. What time do doors open?
A. Approximately at 6:00pm, which is 1 hour before event start time at 7:00pm. Door times may vary.

Q. What time do MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:50pm, which is 5-10 minutes before General Admission doors at approx. 6pm (show time at 7pm). MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

Q. What time do "VIP /Early Entry" doors open?
A. Approximately at 5:00pm. Q&A takes place approximately 90 minutes prior to show time and cannot be made up if you arrive late. If you miss the Q&A with the artists we are not able to create another time for this opportunity and we will not issue discounts or partial refunds. A. Free parking

Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door times of 5:00pm for VIP and 6:00pm for General Admission and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.

Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.

Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
