Q. What time do doors open? A. All music will be in The Skyline Grand. Doors at The Skyline Grand open at 5pm on Fri 2/20 and 2/21. Rich & Ernie's Pub will be open from 12pm-2am, and The Four Season Restaurant is open for lunch from 11am-3pm and dinner from 5-10pm. Music ends at 2 am each night.
Q. Is re-entry permitted? A. YES! We want our attendees to take full advantage of the nearby activities and Skyline Resort's fantastic bar and restaurant. A free shuttle will be running from Skyline to Winterplace Resort at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm. ADMISSION BRACELETS MAY NOT BE REMOVED FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. No bracelet = NO RE-ENTRY. Anyone not wearing a bracelet will be asked to purchase a replacement or leave the premises.
Q. Will concessions be available? A. Yes. Concessions, including a full bar for attendees 21 and over with a valid ID, will be available at The Skyline Grand. Food and drinks are also available in Rich & Ernie's Pub and The Four Season Restaurant.
Q. What is parking like? A. Free parking is provided directly adjacent to The Skyline Grand. A free shuttle will be running from Skyline to Winterplace at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm, & 7pm.
Q. Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child? A. Children 10 & under are free with a paid adult ticket. THIS IS AN ALL AGES EVENT BUT ATTENDEES 16 & UNDER MUST ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. Please note that earplugs are recommended for young attendees.
Q. What is the handicap access like? A. Skyline Resort is fully accessible for all attendees.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only? A. This event is standing room only. However, there will be limited seating in the bar and concessions areas of The Skyline Grand. We will be happy to accommodate attendees that require seats, but there will be no assigned/saved seating and chairs will only be permitted in certain areas.
Q. What is the smoking policy? A. The Skyline Grand is a non-smoking facility.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange? A. NO. All sales are final.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed? A. Prohibited items include controlled substances, weapons, outside food or beverages of any kind, fireworks, and pets. The venue reserves the right to eject anyone at any time. We want you to have a great time, but we must ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Online presale tickets are offered at a $5 discount until Thursday, February 19 at 8pm. Show your Winterplace lift ticket at the door and receive $5 off full price door tickets. Members of the military receive 10% off, but these tickets must be ordered through the Skyline Resort reservations office at (304) 787-6201.
