Q. What time does the show start?
A. The show starts at 11:45 AM each day

Q. What time does the show end.
A. The flying will end around 4:00PM - The static displays are open until 5:00 PM

Q. What is parking like?
A. General parking is by shuttle only.  The parking lots are about a 5-minute ride from the airport.  VIP Parking at the main terminal is limited and available for purchase online only.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The walks are long, please plan accordingly.  Handicap parking will be made available at the main terminal at Toledo Express Airport.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. General Admission is standing or you may bring a chair/blanket.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. There are no refunds or exchanges

Q. What is Refundable Booking?
A. Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A.  No coolers, firearms, backpacks.  All bags are subject to search.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. There are discounts for members of the armed service and seniors.

Q. Do you accept cash at the gate?
A. No, cash will not be accepted at the gate.

Q. Can we bring umbrellas
A. Large umbrellas are not allowed. Personal umbrellas are allowed.

Q. What will traffic be like.
A. This is a major event and will attract thousands of people.  So traffic will be heavy both arriving and leaving.

• Exit 80/90 at Exit 39
• Go East on Ohio Route 2/US 20A - Follow the Air Show signs
• Turn Right on Girdham Road 
• Turn Left on Sager Road
• Parking lot is on your left

From the South

• Ohio Route 64
• Turn right on Ohio Route 2 / US20 A
• Turn Right on Girdham Road
• Turn Left on Sager Rd
• Parking on Left

From East of Toledo

• Take 80/90 Westbound to Exit 52
• Follow the Signs

From North of Toledo

• Take 475 to Airport Highway 
• Go West to the Toledo Airport

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Please read the list of items that are not allowed at the air show.

• All carry-in items and persons are subject to search.
• All unattended bags and items will be removed from the premises.
• No overnight RV parking is permitted.
• We recommend you wear comfortable shoes, attending the show barefoot is not recommended.
• No food, drinks or coolers of any kind (aside from lifesaving medicine and baby formula) allowed through the gates.
• No e-cigarettes
• No laser pointers
• No ladders or step stools
• No Heelys
• No UAVs or drones
• No loose ice
• No cans or glass
• No alcohol
• No pets
• No weapons of any kind
• No cooking equipment
• No bicycles
• No scooters (except for physically challenges patrons)
• No skateboards, roller-blades, or inline skates
• No large umbrellas
• No awnings or tents
