Q. How do I pay for my ticket(s)?
A. You can pay in multiple ways; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card or the Payment Plan.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A.
No, all ticket sales are final. No refunds. You can however transfer a ticket to someone else. The event coordinators are not able to find you someone to take a ticket.
Q. Why can't I buy more than 2 tickets at the same time?
A.
This is to ensure accuracy, simplicity and speed in the registration
process. You will time out of the registration page and start over, if
there are many tickets to be filled out at once.
Q. What name will be on my statement?
A.
Ticket payments for this event are being accepted by Life-Changing
Concepts dba UCIT and that name or a part of it will show on your
statement.
Q. How do I get a hotel room?
A. RETURN HERE ON AUGUST 1, 2015 for the link to make

Q. Is there a demo for prospects on Friday?
A.
Yes, Meet and Greet begins at 5:30 pm with the Ukon Presentation at 6:00
pm. The Kangen Demo begins at 7 pm. These events are FREE for everyone.
Q. What time do doors open?
A. The Doors will open at 5:45 pm on Friday.
On
Saturday, doors open at 8:30 am and the General Session will begin at 9
am. GUESTS ARE ALSO FREE on Saturday morning. FREE GUEST TICKETS available at the Registration desk for Prize Drawing.
Q. What about registration?
A.
Registration will be on Friday from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm and on Saturday, from 7:30 am - 9:00 am.
Q. What is parking like?
A. There is free parking for those attending the event. Parking for guests staying
overnight is also free.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A.
There is no provision for children at this event. Please make appropriate child care arrangements.
Q. What does the ticket cover?
A. Your ticket covers all the sessions except the Anespa Party. This includes the Training, Lunch and Dinner, Awards & Dance on Saturday. The ANESPA PARTY can be enjoyed at an additional cost...See ticket listing to book it.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Sure. Discounts are available by registering early.
