A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm CST. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. Tickets must be purchased online or by phone at 1-855-223-1008. All ticket purchases are subject to service charges. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. For more help, click here. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"

A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the door times of 5:30pm and check in with our staff at the Will Call/Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
