This milestone event promises fun for the whole family, featuring jaw-dropping aerobatic performances, a wide variety of vintage and modern aircraft on display, a bustling vendor fair, delicious eats from local food trucks, and a dedicated family zone to keep the little ones entertained.

** All tickets and parking passes MUST be purchased in advance. No tickets or parking passes will be available at the gate. **

Airshow FAQ — Read This Before You Wing It!

Tickets & Entry

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes, friend. Unless you’re under 5 years old (and if you are, congrats on your reading skills), you’ll need a valid ticket to get in.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Nope. This isn’t a last-minute drive-thru. Tickets and parking must be bought in advance. 

Are there different types of tickets?

Yes! General Admission, Reserved Seating and VIP are available—each with their own perks. Visit our website to pick your runway.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, if you're wearing your official wristband (issued at shuttle pick-up). But fair warning: parking is off-site and requires a shuttle, so plan accordingly unless you enjoy extra cardio.

Event Schedule

What time do gates open and close?

We open the gates at 9:00 AM and close the party down at 6:00 PM. That’s a full day of aircraft, adrenaline, and SPF.

When do the planes start flying?

The skies start buzzing around 12:00 PM and continue until about 4:00 PM—weather and pilots willing. Keep an eye on our social media for real-time updates. We’ll keep you in the loop better than your group chat does.

Parking & Transportation

Is there on-site parking?

Only for VIP, ADA, and staff. ALL General Admission and Reserved Parking is off-site. Sorry, Maverick—no front-row landing spots.

How do I get to the airfield?

Hop on a shuttle from a remote lot. It’s required for General Admission and Reserved Seating and your only way into the action unless you have an Aerial Performer contract signed with us.

When do shuttles run?

Shuttles start at 8:30 AM and run all day. Like a dependable wingman, they’ve got your back.

Are the shuttles accessible?

Absolutely. Our ADA shuttles are ready to roll.

Security & Prohibited Items

Will there be bag checks?

Yep. Random bag checks happen after shuttle drop-off. If you're trying to smuggle in a forbidden sandwich or a drone—don’t.

What can’t I bring?

Here’s the no-fly list:

  • Drones (seriously, please don’t try)

  • Tents, umbrellas, or your beach palace pod

  • Coolers or outside food (unless it’s baby food or medical)

  • Weapons (yes, even your cool-looking pocket knife)

  • Alcohol (support local and buy it here instead)

  • Pets (service animals welcome; sorry, emotional support iguanas are not)

Comfort & Safety

What should I bring?

Glad you asked! We suggest:

  • A hat to block that lovely ball of fire in the sky

  • Sunglasses (aviators = on theme)

  • Comfortable shoes (you’ll get those steps in—5 miles, easy)

  • Empty refillable water bottle (yes, you can bring one!)

  • Sunscreen (because you will burn)

  • Folding chair or blanket (all General Admission tickets are either in a field or on hot asphalt - plan accordingly)

  • Ear protection, especially for tiny humans or sensitive ears

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside snacks or sips, unless it’s baby formula or a medical need. But don’t worry—we’ve got enough food trucks to satisfy a hangry squadron.

Is the event accessible?

Yes! We’ve got ADA parking (limited), accessible shuttles, viewing areas, and restrooms. 

Lost something? Need help?

Head to the 2-story terminal building with the red flags on top, or flag down a volunteer (they’re clearly labeled and usually very nice). We’ve got Lost & Found and First Aid—hopefully not at the same time– in the terminal building.

Food & Drink

Is food available on-site?

You bet. From ice cream to BBQ to tacos to coffee, our vendors will keep you full and happy.

Do I need to bring cash?

Most vendors take card, tap, or digital pay. But in case cell reception acts up, having a little cash won’t hurt! There is no ATM onsite.

What planes are flying?

Check our website for the full lineup. It’s like a greatest hits album of general aviation.

Can I meet the pilots or see planes up close?

Heck yes! Visit the Fantastic Statics—a 70,000 sq ft display area full of aircraft, photo ops, and real-life pilots who love talking shop.

Weather & Cancellations

What if it rains?

Rain might delay or cancel the flying, but the show on the ground keeps going. Bring a poncho and a good attitude.

Can I get a refund if something is canceled?

Nope. Rain or shine, your ticket is non-refundable. We spend it all on aviation fuel and giant speakers.

Follow us on social media and sign up for updates on our website. We post more than your aunt on vacation.

Need help during the event?
