Q. How can I order tickets by phone?
A. Call toll free 1-855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central Time. (Additional $3 charge for ordering by phone)
Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A. For this show, all tickets must be purchase online or by calling Attendstar, phone 855-223-1008, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Central time. Additional $3 charge per phone call for phone orders.
Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Childcare will not be provided at the event.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, WAFJ (RTN) will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors. Please know your event ticket purchase supports the ministries of 88.3 WAFJ Radio, and the artists.
Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. Get tickets resent to your email: http://attendstar.com/tickets. Please have plenty of ink before printing your tickets.
Q. I didn't receive my tickets!
A. Check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com"
DOORS, PARKING & SEATING
A. Approx. at 6:05pm, with event start time at approx. 7:00pm. Door times may vary.
Q. What time do MMMP doors open?
A. Approx. at 5:55pm with event start time at approx. 7pm. MMMP card allows early entry up to five people. Find out how you can become an MMMP and get in to events earlier than the general public- CLICK HERE

A. Free parking
Q. I need accessible seating and/or have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
A. You can proceed by purchasing the ticket type of your choice. For VIP ticket holders, please arrive by 4:45pm and check-in at the Box Office table. All other ticket types please arrive by 5:45pm and check-in with our staff at the Box Office table. They will assist you from there.
Q. What is the seating like?
A. First come first serve seating. No saving seats.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. First come first serve seating.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. Still cameras are allowed. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
Q. Will there be child care provided?
A. No child care will be provided at the event.
Third Party Ticket Resellers - Please Note:
The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy them directly through WAFJ and Attendstar, or get them at the box onsite day of show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. WAFJ’s ticketing software company, Attendstar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, WAFJ cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given.
Can someone transfer fake tickets?
Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from WAFJ. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through WAFJ at www.wafj.com and then click on Box Office. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way.
