Wes Hampton, a member of the Gaither Vocal Band since May 2005, is in concert at New Life Church of God of Prophecy in Wake Forest, NC on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM.
Wes has won numerous awards, including the 2006 Singing News Horizon Individual Fan Award for best new artist. The Vocal Band went on to win a Grammy and Dove Award in 2009 for the album, "Lovin' Life," and was also nominated with the Gaither Vocal Band for a Grammy in 2007 (?Give it Away?) and 2015 ("GVB Hymns"). Wes?s first project with the Gaither Vocal Band, ?Give it Away,? won three GMA Dove Awards in 2007. The GVB album, ?Reunited,? also received a Dove Award in 2010 for best southern gospel record of the year, as well as "Pure and Simple" in 2012. In October of 2015, the GVB won another Dove Award for Southern Gospel Group of the Year.
Wes released his first solo album in 2010, titled ?A Man Like Me," which was nominated for a Dove Award. His second album, "Out on a Limb," released in late 2014. He is currently working on a third studio album, scheduled to release in 2017.
Aside from his obvious love of music and family, Wes loves to cook and considers cooking to be a passion of his. Wes released his first cookbook, ?A Place at the Table: Hampton Favorite Family Recipes,? in 2009, and has just released his second, "Wescipes" this year!

A. Plenty of parking spaces available.

A. Yes, if they are sitting in a seat.

A. There is plenty of handicap parking and access to the church is easy.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. Seating.
Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Open to the public as long as tickets are available. Open seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No outside food or drinks. Concessions will be available.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
