With the feeling of an old time barnstorming air show crossed with a big party, the Wings Over Camarillo Air Show | Car Show | Festival�has something for everyone, from kids to great-grandparents.
Hosting the event is the Camarillo Wings Association (CWA), a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer non-profit corporation with the support of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) SoCal Wing, Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 723 and Ventura County Ninety-Nines. The Camarillo Wings Association distributes the annual Air Show net profits to participating non-profit groups, furthering our mission to promote aviation and its heritage, while inspiring youth with aviation related programs, education and leadership opportunities.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. 9:00 AM both days
Q. Is there Security?
A. Yes, as part of our enhanced security, we will be
performing random wanding searches on all bags, purses, strollers, ice chest, backpacks,
etc at our Security Checkpoints prior to moving to the Box Office to purchase a ticket
or through scanning for those that bought tickets online. We highly recommend that you purchase your tickets online to expedite your entry to the show after the Security Checkpoint.
Q. What is parking like?
A. We have FREE parking with shuttles to the main gates. You can also purchase VIP parking which is closer to Gate 7.
Q. Does my 5 year old child need to a ticket?
A. No
Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. We have Handicap parking next to Gate 7 for those with a handicap sticker. All areas are wheelchair accessible; however we do not have wheelchairs available for rent. You can bring you own wheelchair.
Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. You can bring your own chair or blanket and sit in any designated open area. For those of you that don?t want to drag a chair around or sit on the ground, we offer a choice of premium seating on the flight line. We have a variety of choices including VIP Chalet and Sky Boxes. Q. What does General Admission mean?
A.
General Admission tickets do not have an assigned seat. It gets you access to all the events vendors and displays but not access to VIP Chalet or Sky Box seating.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. You can exchange your ticket to another day up to Friday August 16 6:00 PM. If you do not use a Saturday ticket, you can exchange it for Sunday if there is inventory for that ticket type and if it hasn't been used (scanned). Note - tickets are non-refundable and you can't exchange for a lower priced ticket; however, if you do not use your ticket, you may consider it a tax donation as Camarillo Wings Association (CWA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (EIN #27-1789245).
Q. How can I get a discounted ticket?
A. If you would like to attend the event but can't afford it, we suggest you volunteer your time to help us put on this event. It takes over 500 volunteers to make this event happen. It is a great way to support our non-profit while being a part of the event. Visit our volunteer page for more information. http://wingsovercamarillo.com/volunteers/. If you belong to CWA, CAF, EAA, VC99s, Ventura County DOA, and Camarillo Hanger Owners, please contact your President for more information about tickets and volunteering.
Q. Do you have any veterans or senior discounts?
A. We are sorry but we only have active duty discount tickets.
Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A.
No skateboard, bicycles, scooters, outside alcohol, umbrellas, glass, weapons of any kind, flammable objects or non-Wings Over Camarillo registered golf carts are allowed through the Air Show gates. Due to the afternoon winds and winds caused by some aircraft, we cannot have personal umbrellas or tents in the General Viewing area. Strollers, wagons, small ice chests with non-alcohol drinks in plastic or cans and chairs are allowed. Hats and sunscreen are highly recommended. All attendees must have shoes on at all times due to the possibility of small metal parts on the tarmac areas.
Q. Can I bring a pet?
A. NO PETS?Due to our Permit, the airplane noises, detonation of ground fuel on the ground, hot tarmacs and small metal parts on the tarmac, no pets are allowed past our gates. California law allows physically challenged person per American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations to bring registered and trained service dogs and psychiatric service dogs, but not emotional support animals, to all public places. Please for the safety of your pets and others, do not bring your pets or emotional support animals to this event.

A. Yes Wings Over Camarillo will be photographed and filmed. By entering the premises or attending this event, you consent to being photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded and you release the Camarillo Wings Association, it affiliates entities, and their past, present and future officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images or video and/or sound recordings.
The Camarillo Wings Association, its affiliates entities and their licensees may make unlimited use of all or any portion of such photographs and recording, worldwide, in any medium, in any manner, for any purpose, without compensation to you. You are also waiving any right of privacy or publicity that you may have.
