Current menu includes grilled chicken breast bites wrapped in jalapeno and bacon, seafood chilladas, mini chicken cordon bleu, apricot chili meatballs, New Jersey style Italian sausage skewers, Angus beef sliders with condiments, fresh fruit and assorted cookies and brownies. Also included are keg beer, wine, sodas, tea and water. Proudly serving Budweiser and Lorelei Brewing Company beer. Access to private A/C comfort station and Wings of Gold Parking! Ticket prices each day are: $75 adult; $35 children (ages 17-4); 3 and under are free.

PLATINUM TENT: Take your Wings Over South Texas experience up a notch! Indulge in a fully enclosed, climate controlled tent with reserved table seating. Current menu includes individual shrimp cocktail on a shell, mozzarella caprese skewers, baby asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, caesar salad, fresh rolls, beef tenderloin carving station, grilled chicken breast, shrimp skewers, gemuseauflauf, rosmarin potatoes, and a fresh fruit display with miniature assorted pastries. Also included are select liquors, keg beer, wine, sodas, tea and water. Access to private A/C comfort station and Platinum Tent parking! Proudly serving Budweiser, Lorelei Brewing Company and Wild Horse Distillery rum! Ticket pricing each day are: $1,500 per table with 10 chairs.

RESERVED SEATING: Don't want to bring your chair? We have you set at the show line near show center with chairs available for you to sit and enjoy. Shade and an eating area is also available in this section to beat the heat. Ticket pricing each day are $20 per seat (no charge for infants).
