A. one hour prior to event time

Q. What is parking like?
A. parking at the host hotel is free, however parking at the Convention Center begins at $5 per car.

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Yes you must purchase a kid ticket.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. there is handicap access at all venues

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. all seating 

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. General admission allows to enter the venue and event and be seated first come first available.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A.No refunds or exchanges are issued after August 15. 

Q. What items are allowed/not allowed?
A. No open containers, no weapons of any kind, no tobacco products. 

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A.Yes we do offer early bird tickets.
