Q. Where can I buy tickets locally?
A.  For this show, all tickets must be purchased online using the AttendStar ticketing software.

Q. How will the purchase show up on my bank or credit card statement?
A. The purchase will show up as "River Radio Big Daddy Weave"

Q. What age does a child need a ticket?
A. All patrons, ages 6 and older, need a ticket.  Childcare will not be provided at the concert.  If you are bringing a child under 6, they receive free admission but must sit on a lap in order to not take up a seat.

Q. What is seating like for this concert?
A. All ticket levels are first-come, first-served seating.  Artist Circle ticket holders are admitted first at 5:00pm, followed by Early Entry at 6:00, then General Admission at 6:15. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.  The sanctuary is padded chairs, and all the seating is one level. 

Q. What is your refund policy? Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, you may sell or gift your tickets to someone else. If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, fees, and tax.

Q. I lost, can't find or can't print my ticket(s). Help!
A. First, check your spam and junk mail folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "tickets@attendstar.com."  If you still need help, please contact Mark Boyer at 937-651-6329.

Third Party Ticket Resellers - BEWARE
Please Note: The only way to know the tickets that you have purchased are authentic, is to buy directly through AttendStar, the ticketing software company used by River Radio for this show. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. River Radio's ticketing software company, AttendStar, does not work with any third party ticket resellers, such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. If you purchase a ticket from a third party website, River Radio cannot guarantee entry and the tickets may be fraudulent. Please understand, that the tickets you purchase from a third party website my look authentic but in almost all cases they are not. Be aware that you may be denied entry and no refund will be given. Reseller tickets are not approved and can be fake, even if they look like they came from River Radio. The best way to protect yourself is to purchase your tickets directly through River Radio at www.riverradio.com. You will never get a fraudulent ticket this way. We want you to have a great experience! 

Assumption of Risk You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting any communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against River Radio Ministries, Tasha Layton, Brandon Heath, First Baptist Heath, AttendStar, the event promoters, sponsors, operators, contractors, agencies, advertisers, and/or vendors, and each of their affiliated companies, and any of the respective present and future parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, agents, insurers, representatives, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons relating to such risks.

Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, fees and tax.

Event Postponement
If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, buyers will have the option to keep their ticket(s) for the new date or receive a full refund for the total cost of the event ticket, any event ticket fee, and any tax. In the event a show is postponed, each buyer will be emailed information with the rescheduled date, and how to receive a refund if unable to attend the new date. If the event is postponed due to an unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, you may email mboyer@riverradio.com with any questions, or to request a refund for the postponed show.
