Q. Where can I find more information about the Dragon Riders Fantasy Ball?
A. Please follow our Facebook and Instagram for updates and scheduling.

Q. What is the official date and location of the event?
A. JULY 1ST, 2026 at Limelight in Jacksonville.

Q. What time do doors open?
A. 10am for the day, and 7pm for the ball.

Q. What time does the Dragon Riders Fantasy Ball begin.
A. The Ball will begin promptly at 7pm.

Q. What time does the event end?
A. 2am

Q. What is the event schedule?
A. Scheduling will be announced on our socials one month prior to the event.

Attire & Costumes

Q. What is the dress code or recommended attire for the ball?
A. Fourth wing inspired, elegant, militant with a dragon flare.

Q. Are costumes allowed?
A. Yes and encouraged.

Age Requirements

Q. Is there an age requirement to attend?
A. Any age is allowed during our day activities, 21 and over for the ball.

Seating & Event Experience

Q. Will there be assigned seating, open seating, or standing areas?
A. VIPs will have priority seating at the feast and the ball. The feast and Ball will have seating with an open area for dancing. During the day it will be standing during our activities and events.

Food & Beverage

Q. Will there be food and beverages available for purchase inside the venue?
A. Water will be available throughout the day. There will be food trucks available to purchase additional food and drinks. The Ball will have drinks available for purchase.

Q. Is alcohol available for purchase? If so, what are the ID requirements?
A. Yes, everyone will be carded to ensure alcoholic beverages are catered to individuals 21 and over.

Tickets & Entry Policies

Q. Is re-entry allowed once I leave the venue?
A. Only with a VIP pass is re-entry allowed.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange on my tickets?
A. No, all sales are final.

Q. Can I transfer my ticket to another guest?
A. No

Q. Do you offer group rates, promotional offers, or discounts?
A. Discounts will be announced on our social media provided by our attending sponsors.

Q. Can I purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you accept cash at the door or inside the venue?
A. Yes.

Venue, Parking & Accessibility

Q. Is parking available at or near the venue?
A. Yes.

Q. Are there accessible entrances, restrooms, and viewing areas for guests with disabilities?
A. Yes.

Q. Are service animals permitted inside the venue?
A. Not for the Ball but are welcomed with our day pass.

Photography & Security

Q. Will professional photography or videography be taking place during the event?
A. Yes.

Q. Is photography or video recording by guests allowed?
A. Yes.

Q. Is a bag check available?
A. Security will be conducting bag checks prior to entry.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Please review the list of items that are not allowed inside the Dragon Riders Fantasy Ball.

All guests and carry-in items are subject to security screening upon entry. Unattended bags or items may be removed from the venue.

The following items are not permitted:

• Outside food or beverages (unless required for medical reasons)

• Large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses (size limits may apply)

• Weapons of any kind, including prop or replica weapons

• Sharp or metal costume props (including swords, daggers, axes, spears, or arrows)

• Functional bows, crossbows, or projectile-launching props

• Laser pointers

• Drones, UAVs, or remote-controlled devices

• Professional camera equipment without prior approval

• Tripods, light stands, or large camera rigs

• Alcohol or illegal substances

• E-cigarettes or vaping devices inside the venue (designated areas only, if available)

• Open flames, candles, sparklers, or fire props

• Smoke machines, fog devices, or similar effects

• Large umbrellas

• Banners, signs, or large promotional materials

• Costumes or masks that fully obscure the face, if restricted by venue policy

• Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, or similar devices (except mobility devices used by guests with disabilities)

Additional items may be restricted at the discretion of the venue or event organizer.
