Q. What time do doors open?
A.  Door will open at 6:00 p.m.                                      

Q. What is parking like?
A. There is plenty of free parking.

Q. Does my 5 year old child need to register?
A. Children 2 and under are free, if held. Other children 12 and under are $10 for both Artist Circle and General Admission.

Q. What is the handicap access like?
A. The auditorium is handicap accessible with available seating in either section.

Q. Is it all seating or standing room only?
A. It is all seating.

Q. What does General Admission mean?
A. Artist Circle will be the first five rows in the two center sections.  General Admission is for all other seats.  The seating will be first-come, first-served in each section.

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A. Ticket sales are generally non-refundable.  However, you may call 214-929-3592 for special circumstances and request a refund prior to the event.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes.  There is a 10% group discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets.
