What items are prohibited?

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not permitted on the fairgrounds:

  • Weapons

  • Outside alcohol

  • Illegal drugs

  • Coolers

  • Pets (service animals are permitted)

Guests found with prohibited items may be removed from the fairgrounds.


Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted on the fairgrounds. Service animals are welcome.


Can fair events or schedules change?

Yes. The Fair reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel any show, event, or attraction without notice.


What conduct is expected on the fairgrounds?

All guests must follow fair rules and directions from staff and security personnel. Disorderly conduct, trespassing, intoxication, or refusal to comply with fair policies may result in removal from the grounds and/or being barred from future events.


Is the Fair responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property?

No. Guests, vendors, exhibitors, and concessionaires are responsible for their own property. The Fair is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


How are exhibits judged?

Qualified judges will evaluate exhibits according to the rules and criteria established for each department. Judges' decisions are final.

Ribbon designations:

  • First Place – Blue Ribbon

  • Second Place – Red Ribbon

  • Third Place – White Ribbon

  • Champion/Sweepstakes – Purple Ribbon


What are the rules for livestock exhibitors?

  • Animals must remain under the exhibitor's control at all times.

  • Animals may only be housed and unloaded in designated areas.

  • Registration requirements and entry deadlines must be met.

  • Exhibitors are expected to follow all instructions from superintendents and judges.

Please refer to the Exhibitor Handbook for complete livestock rules and regulations.


What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Please review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction. Any exceptions or special circumstances are determined solely by the event organizers.
