Jimmy Buffett is the world’s most famous beach bum, turning his love of Beaches, Bars, Boats, and
Ballads into a billion-dollar empire. With bestselling books, chart-topping albums, sold-out concerts,
Margaritaville resorts, restaurants, stores, and even a cruise line, Buffett’s influence reaches far beyond
music. He’s had two Broadway shows (Don’t Stop the Carnival and Escape to Margaritaville), and his
songs have been featured in major films.

His fans—affectionately known as Parrot Heads—span every demographic and are among the most
loyal in the world. The tropical escape and carefree “state of mind” called Margaritaville lives in all of
us. Whether it’s the pull of the islands or your own slice of Parrotdise, Jimmy’s music takes you there—
so does this show.

What can I expect when I arrive for a show, concert, or event?

As you walk through the detector, screening officers will also check any bag you have brought with you for prohibited items. If the metal detector alarms, you will be asked to check for items you may have forgotten to remove before you entered the metal detector. You will also be asked to go through a secondary screening.

Can I expect a big delay before I will be able to enter the venue?

- We are working hard to ensure that our entrance screening procedures are fast and effective. While we do not believe these machines will cause a significant delay, we do encourage you to arrive early to your scheduled show or performance to ensure you have plenty of time to arrive, go through screening, find your seats and enjoy the opening act or preshow entertainment. You can help us make this process faster and more efficient by minimizing the items that you bring withy ou to the show and having your mobile or printed tickets out & ready for scanning as you enter.

Is there a separate concert entrance for ADA guests?

- Yes, our ADA concert entrance is located between the Grandstand and the Annex of the Highland Ave side of the Fairgrounds.

Can I bring in a wheelchair?

Can I leave a grandstand concert and return?

- Once you enter the concert venue, you may not leave and re-enter.

Why are you using metal detectors?
