 IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT THE AIRSHOW:

  1. 1. Read and acknowledge agreement to the 2026 PPRA Participant Waiver.

  2. 2. Guests may bring food (no hard-sided coolers allowed; no alcohol allowed). Small backpacks or small, lunchbox size soft-sided coolers with food are permitted. Personal water bottles (Hydro Flasks, Nalgene, etc.), plastic water bottles, and soft beverages are allowed. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

  3. 3. Do NOT count on GPS applications on your phone as navigation to the airshow. Apps are unaware of event-specific road closures and the suggested shortcuts may bring you to a closed road or a detour. Follow variable message boards and signage for your best route to the show. Attendants will direct entry to the event upon arrival at the event.

  4. 4. All events are prone to traffic. The best way to avoid a delay is to arrive early. We suggest you arrive at 8:30 am when the parking lots and admission gates open.

  5. 5. We strongly recommend bringing hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Please plan on being exposed to direct sunlight for the duration of the outdoor event.

  6. 6. General parking, including handicapped parking, is free. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. If you need handicapped parking, please have your state-issued tag or placard in the car to be sure the parking attendants direct you to the appropriate area. Please arrive early to ensure a handicap parking spot.

  7. 7. Please expect to walk a 1/2-3/4 mile from your parking spot to enter the event. Shuttles will be provided to and from the handicap lot to the admission gate.

  8. 8. You must use your General Admission, Preferred Seating, and/or Canteen Experience tickets for the day for which they were purchased. The airshow has limited capacity and cannot accommodate more than what was sold. You will not be allowed in if you try to enter with the incorrect ticket day.

  9. 9. Screenshot or print your tickets before arriving at the event. Cell service can be spotty, and we need to scan your tickets for entry.

  10. 10. All sales are final. In the event of performer illness, inclement weather, or technical issues, or any other unforeseen event modifications, there will not be a refund or exchange given.
